Education empowers individuals with the knowledge necessary to make informed decisions about their health and well-being.

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy sessions focus on addressing each participant's unique needs and challenges. Therapists work closely with individuals to explore the underlying causes of their substance use and co-occurring mental health challenges and help them develop coping mechanisms and set recovery goals.

Group Therapy

Group therapy sessions provide a supportive and communal environment where participants can share their experiences, gain insights from others facing similar challenges, and build a sense of camaraderie. These sessions often cover relapse prevention, stress management, and healthy relationships. Our program incorporates fundamentals such as mindfulness, emotional regulation, problem-solving techniques, connection with others, balance of life, recovery, family, and recreation.
